Welcome to Old Buckeye Road — a place where creativity, simple living, and a little adventure come together.

Old Buckeye Road grew from my love of creating, gardening, thrifting, painting, camping, exploring, and turning ordinary things into something special.

Here you’ll find everything from handmade and repurposed home décor to garden projects, custom creations, vintage finds, creative tutorials, and ideas inspired by the outdoors.

A Place to Create

I’ve always loved making things.

Sometimes that means picking up a paintbrush. Other times it’s finding an old forgotten piece at a thrift store and imagining what it could become, working with wood, sewing, decorating, or simply trying something I’ve never done before.

I don’t believe you have to be an expert to be creative.

Part of the fun is learning as you go — and that’s exactly what I hope to share here.

I’ll take you into my Old Buckeye Road Studio, where I’ll share projects, tutorials, experiments, successes and probably a few mistakes along the way.

A Place to Grow

Gardening has become another important part of Old Buckeye Road — growing plants, experimenting, creating things for the garden and enjoying the simple satisfaction of watching something you’ve planted come to life.

But Grow means more than gardening.

It means continuing to learn, trying new things and remembering that there is no age when we’re supposed to stop dreaming about what we might do next.

A Place to Explore

I love getting outside, taking the back roads, camping, discovering new places and proving that adventure doesn’t have an expiration date.

So from time to time, we will leave the studio behind and hit the road.

Some things will be available in the shop. Some I’ll teach you how to make yourself. And others I’ll simply share because I think they’re worth sharing.
